You'll need to invent a more elaborate scam.. I mean genuine deal... with your war pension/disability/electricity supplier/local enterprise agency/DVLA/DVLC/AA/Helen Shapiro Appreciation Society, etc. to raise the necessary funds for the base car first, then convince some unsuspecting kind-hearted soul to sell you a Honda for the TeslaR conversion at less than half price...
