Anyone available to eyes over a letter to my ex tennant informing them why they are not getting their bond back ?
I expect them to challenge and poss go legal.

I can look over it for you Sanj - all you need do is refer to clause in lease saying you have the right to keep the deposit if they trash the joint. [Hopefully, your lease will say that its up to your discretion to say the standard of the 'trashing' necessary to withold] Then you say, "you trashed my joint by doing abc," therefore, no deposit.

Cheers dude, IIRC the .xls is sitting at about £2800 worth of damage in a 8 month period not including them climbing on my neighbours conservatory and cracking it when they got locked out.

Wouldnt think thats up to you to fix that, surely the neighbour should claim against the former tennant!
