Anyone intreasted in an early S1, Abby cars in Dunfermline have one at the moment. R reg, silver, 73k miles, reduced to £7995. Advert claims its been upgraded to 111 spec by the factory, pictures and full details can be found at http://www.abbeycarssales.co.uk

elephant insurance don't recognise the car at all - if you put in a plate when doing a quote, it should tell you exactly what kind of car it is :?

It doesn't always work on elephant, it doesn't recognise mine as it's a private plate so if that car has had a private plate on in the past that could be why.

its worked for private plates with me in the past :?

anyway, i take it an elise wi that sort of miles on it will be by its best? I've looked over a couple about the 50k mark that were a bit rough.

Depends how it's been looked after. There are cars with over 100k still going fine so they can take the miles as long as they've been maintained well I think.
