Neil,
Big up, what have you done, bailed out of the house purchase, sold a leg, sold the g/f, or what?!?!?
Looking forward to the opportunity to get TSE fanclub on the road again, it's been a while since I spectated and changed wheels for Rossy Boy Taylor and although I will have a lot (of kids) on my hands this coming year, hopefully I can blag the odd raceday pass to support you. Might even bring 'em along to give Lisa a day off
Where's the calendar of events?

I can lend you a faster, lighter driver?mckeann wrote: Also, anybody with lightweight bits (ala wheels, battery, seat, anything else i havent thought of) that wants to sell them, or loan them for 6 weekends a year, please shout.

Good luck matey! I'll pop along to some of the more local englandshire events to cheer you on!

cheers folks, look forward to having a wee bit SE support at a round or two.
Details are here http://www.lotrdc.com closest events to scotland is probably oulton and donington. Oulton is 19th of May, donny is 1st/2nd of september.
Hopefully they will change the rules to include driver weight, as at the moment i am 30bhp down, and abouty 80kg over the best in my class. Never mind, its all about driver talent (i hope)

Current plan is to drive it too and from events, unless there is accident damage, in which case sinclaires will take it back to there garage and i will have to fly home.
What i really need is a few sponsors prepared to stump up about 3K each, and i can sticker up my car. Chances are there will be some good television coverage, so it should pay for itself.
If anybody has any contacts then i would be most grateful.

Had planned to just copy Walshy's front splitter design, but always looking for new idea's.
Also, if anybody has idea's on where to save weight, then drop me a U2U.
