Emeralds will sell for £500 all day long.
I would say the C/R box and flywheel would fetch £400
Such a low mileage VHPD should fetch £2-2.5k

Is the flywheel a lightened one then? If so, what difference does that make when fitted?

yup - VHPDs IIRC have lightened flywheels (certainly all of those on 340Rs and Exiges I've enquired about!) - lower moment of inertia therefore spin more easily?
