Where you work?
I'm Scottish Gas working in MI, Business Intelligence whatever you want to call it, and I'm an "analyst" (yes, I can use Excel, and more!)

Ah the (soon to be ex) competition ! The analyst comment is due to me being a marketing analyst at the time when SP did a pay realignment thing which involved lots of people who typed numbers into excel getting renamed "analysts".

I'm easily annoyed :roll: :P

It has to be said, in the visits I've made to SP "Cathcart Business Park" (sic), I too have been impressed! Special dress code for the burdz there I believe.

I would suggest that it is something to do with
a) Their age
b) The guys who do the hiring for the call centres - Good work
