Looks like it could be that the driver might have tipped the rear when driving (and empty) and not noticed, or it malfunctioned and tipped itself.

maybe he had one of his country music CDs on full blast and didnt notice... probably still driving around just now thinking his truck seems to be quicker and more responsive...

The lorry driver that maybe left it up after emptying / never noticed it going up by accident.
Or the corsa driver that sat behind it and watched it, then crashed into it?

apparently hydraulic line split causing tipper to lift ??? I would have thought without hydraulics the tipper would have stayed where it was.
Corsa driver must have been

to not notice that happening in front of him!
