I guess his engine would have expired fairly soon if he went any distance with that coolant loss......... :damnfunny

Good Luck!

Should be OK as you have his plate and can use your insurers to track him down.

Thankfully my brush with damage had already admitted liability by the time I tracked down his insurers.

Thanks all!

Got some more photos, but they are all pretty much the same unfortunately, not alot to take photos of TBH. It happened just down the road so I can go get some pics of the site and the layout and stuff, but it was pretty striaghtforward, but I know they won't see it as that! Damage to my LHS front, his RHS front, I can't really see how they can claim anything else but what happened. I'm sure they will though!

I'll just wait and see what happens with the witness thing. There was a crossing attendant 20 yards away I could quite easily track down I reckon who may have seen something.

Car drives fine and hasn't lost a drop of coolant so looks like I was lucky in that respect! Drove to the Norlog meet anyway, LHS headlamp was a little wayward but otherwise ok. Had a good chin wag and a good meal which helped!

Going to the docs tomorrow as my neck is getting a bit stiff, saw the resident NorLOG injury lawyer too if required.

Olly of Phoenix said that if I can choose them (The preferred option!) he follows the assessor round with a big stick ensuring he sees what he needs to

thanks again for the support, I'll keep you all posted!

Hiscot: The CR box is great fun but I still need a clear day (That isn't foggy!) to test it properly!

Sounds like your sorted with the right people for advice and repairs. Still a bit of a sh*&^er for you though.

Glad yo got the photos of his windows, clear evidence that he couldnt see a bloody thing. Shows his irisponsible approach to driving... usefull when you sue him.
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....
