NIP - But I have no front plate....

Post by Sanjøy » Sun Aug 13, 2006 4:06 pm

Last Sunday "Corstorphine Rd, Edinburgh west of St Catherines Gardens", was heading out to Livi via the airport.

Not running a front plate.

"This allegation is supported by means of Photographic evidence"

Naturally I will ask for a copy of the photo but was not aware of any camera that take pics of the rear of you car.

Send a cheque with an apologetic letter saying you overlooked it. Even if the file has been passed to the fiscal they will accept the fixed penalty 99 times out of 100. The PF’s office has so many more serious cases that they don’t want to bring speeders to trial if it can be avoided.
