S2 Hurricane fitting

Post by Gareth » Tue Dec 13, 2005 2:15 pm

Don't think it's as easy as the S1 to fit.
Do I have to remove the rear wheel and arch lining??

G

PS
Was gutted when I found out the price....after ordering and payment taken but let's not go there... :(

G.
You 'can' fit it all from the engine bay but easier to remove wheel and liner. On my old S2 111S the resonator box had to come out of the wheelarch.

Fiddly bit is attaching the cold air scoop, the filter end is easy.

Hmmm, sounds tricky and probably not a job to do with a torch....

You could always do the filter and attach the cold air scoop later...
