If you've done a bank transfer within the last few days, it isn't on my account yet and I'll update the list when it appears. If anyone thinks I should've received payment by now, please PM me and let me know.

Simon, Derek and Karen,

I received my pair of calendars safely today - WOW, what a great job you have done :-)

Very slick. Really must try harder with my 2007 photos to make it into the next one! Didn't see any credits for pics in the calendar, suggestion for future edition is either a small subtitle on each month with photographer name, or a back page with a simple list.

But nonetheless - very professional, and my second copy is going as Chrisse Pressie to someone, I'm that impressed :-)

Seconded. Received this morning and really wish I had ordered more. Very slick. My mum and dad liked it also but my dad did ask me where some of them were taken and other than the one I took, I couldn't tell him  Still, the lack of additional text doesn't detract from the overall quality item.

P.S.
Are you guys sure £5 covers all costs including postage? If not please let me know. I would hate anybody to be out of pocket especially after all the effort that you have gone to.

Glad you both like it :D
I was given the option of adding text but as there was a rush to get them printed and I was at work when I spoke to the printer, I decided just to do without as I couldn't remember who took what and couldn't check until I got home. As for the layout, I left the final work to the printer though he gave me some options to choose from. I'm pretty pleased with how it looks.

The total cost of the calendars was £382 to print.
We got 100 printed and asked for a fiver for each one to cover printing and any costs.
Excluding postage but including paypal costs, I needed to shift 82 of them to cover printing.
To cover the postage as well, I need to sell a maximum of 14 more or 96 in total.

Obviously I based all the figures on worst case (each calendar paid for and posted individually) but it will work out better because many people took 2, which cuts paypal and postage costs and some paid by bank transfer or cash, cutting out paypal costs completely.

Once they're all gone, any money left over can go to charity :D

Guys

Thanks for your kind words on this calendar. Simon did the hard work with the photos and pulling it together and I think that with the short timescales in place, we pulled it out of the bag - again thanks to my colleague at ESPC who's father owns Flavell's in Falkirk who printed them very quickly and made a fantastic job. Next year we'll be better organised (that is if Simon wants to go there again) but hey, I like being a postmistress so don't deny me the job!!!
