Went to see it last night too

UGC Dundee had a few Astons and BMWs out the front to try and make it look a bit special

Great film though, very different for a Bond flick. I think the whole thing is pretty believable for a change, certainly no invisible Astons this time!

Great film but was dissapointed with the Aston footage

I wont spoil the plot for those who have not seen it but you barely see the DB
S in action before you know what.................
Otherwise 9/10
Sean is still the quintissential (sp?)Bond though

Does anyone else reckon that stretch of road with the DBs action looks strangely familiar to that section at Millbrook?!

Great film but it was product plugged to death.
Focussed on: Ford, Aston, all electronic devices were Sony, everyone from Bond to the card dealer were wearing Omegas (no bad thing

) and there was even a pisstake out of Rolex.
All chicks were super hot
I like how Bond made mistakes and it was very action packed.

I dont think i enjoyed it as much as i hoped i would.....
Wont spoil it for those who havent seen it but i reckon there was several iomportant things missing.
IMHO, I think i also preferred PB to DC.

I like PB but thought DC seemed more "human".

DBS doesn't exist Deano, so you'll be waiting a while

As for the omega references, bl00ming cheesy. Sony placement was annoying but doubtless necessary - the Ford placement annoyed me more!
When I came out, it made me think that the last few bond films were utter w@nk in comparison. I wonder if as a result, PB will be condemned to be associated with a sludgy era in Bond history?
Only bit that annoyed me was the defribulator in the glovebox - just as well he ticked that option in the list rather than say, dialasis.

I wasn't all that impressed TBH, it didn't flow very well as if they had a list of Bond cliches to include and must get them all in at any cost. The action sequences were good but I felt that it got too bogged down with plot and tried to develop the charachters too hard. Just get on with it!
Was a distinctly average Bond IMHO. But Daniel Craig is a worthy replacement Bond though, and with a decent script he will do the role justice.
PS: the cars that weren't fords were all Kias, cheapscate b'stards.

It broke down when he tried to use it anyway, should have been a TVR...

Saw it on Sunday and thought it was great. Daniel Craig was excellent (as always) and I thought it was much more of a believable action film than far-fetched special effects nonsense, which we've seen in some of the more recent bond films.
