Warning..CRP makes you drive like a chav!

Post by Gareth » Mon Mar 28, 2005 3:42 pm

Big noise and I caught myself out this morning driving like a chav...seem to blip the throttle alot more when changing gear.

Reversing out the underground car park...

Select reverse
Blip throttle a few times as you slowly let out the clutch...same again when selectng 1st.

Does sound lovely though!!

I know a certain Mr Shug who uses his exhaust instead of a door bell! Everyone always knows when he is about to come... Err arrive! Broom Broom.

Heh, Cambridge Street car park in glasgow - full bore up every ramp in first...

Could hear a cacophony of car alarms, as I walked down the stairs...

I fitted a Vaxhall Sports Exhaust (built by Janspeed I think) and a Viper this weekend... Also drilled out the precat in the downpipe (used for cold start emissions only and was a BITCH to remove)... First drive into work this morning was "interesting!"

I've went from completely standard washing machine sound to probably about the loudest possible combination on a VX :o Think it might take a while to get over the self-conciousness, although I do find myself blipping the throttle and allowing it to over-run instead of shifting up... *Pop-pop-burble-burble*

Need to go for a good spirited blast tonight to see if I can actually feel the difference...
