Bumpty bump - busy packing just bag now, and have given the bike a good service.

For those of you that have not yet opened your wallets - go on you know you want to!!

Nice knowing you all!

Well home in one piece, although not very mobile at the moment!! Legs hurt, arse hurts....

Anyway a massive thank you to those that did sponsor me, we managed to raise over 10k, which will be gratefully received by the hospital, and i think everyone enjoyed it!

We did a total of 182miles, some of which were enjoyable and others such as the climb out of Glencoe and up through bridge of orchy which in the pouring rain and gale force winds were less so!!!

16 of us made it into St Andrews and dipped our toes in the water fro a true Coast to Coast adventure. The bunkhouse at ballahulish we stayed in (Red Squirrel) was less than 1* and was not an ideal place to get a good nights sleep. 14 guys having drunk one too many pints of local dark beer made for a lot of noises in the night - not to mention a few wobbly starts on the bikes the next day!

Anyway, supposidly next year Robbie Wilson wants to organise a John O groats to Lands end trip - unfortunately I think i am busy every day next year!!!

Once again - Thanks to everyone for the support!

Dave
