Guys, fancy doing a track day this year. Have never done one before... are these SIDC ones suitable for a complete novice?? Cheers.

Absolutely, after all these years we have plenty on here that still drive like novices. <BG>

Seriously, John's trackdays are as well organised as you will get, over half of the cars there will be Scottish_Elise members. As a newbie, as we all were at one time, you will be given plenty of space and courtesy which means you can break in to it gently and go at your own pace.

Also experienced drivers will happily pax with you to help you to learn the track, and you can also take the opportunity to go out with other drivers and see what your car is actually capable of when you take it off the road.

I - and many others are covered through their policy - I use henderson taylor which gives me 6 x trackdays
