Unusual question - anyone used "travel direct" for a Visa?

I need to go to Russia on business.

Last time I started the process with CIBT and was too far into it before I realised they could only read my biometrics in London. Wasted most of a day flying down to London City and back to do this.

Apparently you need to provide biometrics every time you get a visa (ffs).

This company can apparently read biometrics in Edinburgh, so thinking of going to them instead, but just wanted to check whether anyone had used them? (Or anyone else you have used that you'd recommend)

Last time I applied for visa to go to Russia, I used a company to do it. Turned out to be a nightmare, they did not complete things in time. I ended up going to the Russian embassy in Edinburgh and sorting out the visas directly. Was cheaper than using a middleman too.
