Aberdeen Garage recommendations for MG Midget?

Post by neil » Mon Jul 18, 2016 4:25 pm

Can anyone recommend somewhere up here that would touch an MG Midget? It's got zero compression on one of the cylinders so presumably the head gaskets gone or worse.

I know a guy in the local MG owners club - I'll ask for a recommendation.

The guy I know is called Graham Rettie and he takes his cars to Coplands at Blairs on the South Deeside Road.

Hope that helps.

I can do the head gasket if you like, I'm out of work so have plenty time on my hands. Is it 1275 or 1500 ?. No difference either way, same job.
