Just off Union Street in Aberdeen today, a metallic grey Aventador and a black 458 Italia. Lambo sounds angry even at low revs!

Another couple of spots in Inverurie - Aston Vanquish outside Fennel and a classic Jaguar XK150 just around the corner.

Lancia Montecarlo

Was cycling past an open garage door in Edinburgh when something black, familiar, and very rare caught my eye 8) Sadly it's sat unused for 13 years, but the owner is planning on getting it back on the road. The engine started on third cranking, and seized brakes have been released. He's owned it since new, having bought it for a bargain price in '83. Presumably the garage were keen to be rid of something that had been sat in their showroom for a while since IIRC they were out of production by then? For the curious, it used to average 22mpg.

He previously owned an X1/9 which was mangled by a drunk driver who hit him head on. Ah, the good old days...

All completely original in every detail. Lovely. Hope to chance upon seeing it running in the near future.

This isn't it, obviously:

That was one of my dream cars around the time I passed my driving test. :love
They were comparatively cheap at the time too but would probably have cost more to maintain than buy

I went to the British Motor Museum a couple of weeks ago, being next to Jag / Land Rover perhaps not much of a surprise, but I saw plenty of Jags in black and white test car camo, mostly F types, but also 1 of the small XE.
Oddly, I didn't see an F Pace until returning to Dundee and there was one in the BP station at Invergowrie.

I also saw what I presume was an Aston Martin test car since it was dark grey with dark blue doors and bonnet, only caught a glimpse though and not really up on modern Aston's, other than them all looking kinda similar, so no idea what it was :blackeye

Went to Lauder last night and spotted a Renault Estafette.

Spotted it as it looked similar to a VW T2 from the side but realised that the profile was not quite the same, upon closer inspection I noticed the Estafette on the front. Not exactly a van that I have been familiar with but looks pretty cool:

Here is a google image as suspect like me, not many of SE have ever seen one before:

Spotted this car driving in Aberdeen the other day, not very often I'm car struck but :love

Unfortunately someone has painted it blue, it was originally yellow.
