Christ this brings back child hood memories for me. Am I right in thinking there was a very successful robot called discus?

I remember that very thing coming up and being addressed by Mentorn (in fact it was not a live animal but a pelt that was being objected to) - but I checked the latest rules I could find on the internet and could not see any reference to it. There is a catch all clause saying they reserve the right to ban your robot anyway, and my guess is that's what would happen if you strapped fluffy to your 'bot (pussy-bot, anybody?). Meow.

Razor, chaos 2 and hypno disk were amount my favroutes when I was wee, I remember making robot wars models out of Lego whilst watching it on a Friday night!
