Track stickers
Hey guys. Just gauging internet on this. A friend of mine has the machine required to laser cut vinyls. We have discussed setting up a business producing track stickers. We can cut to any shape or size so we can do your favourite road, forum stickers etc etc. We'll make it happen if there is enough interest. Cheers.

Race car specific is very cool. I suspect to make it an actual business you'll need to have a wider market as race cars can't be regular work? Could be wrong. There seems to be a fair market in doing the prices for car sales forecourts etc and signs for events like Tony's stuff and there are also plenty of people making selling themed sheets and vinyl wall art on ebay in high volume. If you can do really big stuff, that would help your market as everyone and their brother has a small cutter (Me included and I know of at least a few others on this forum). Small stickers are pretty time intensive too. I've done various in the past and even charging a £1 a sticker just to cover materials and a bit of effort, it's hardly worth it. I do it cause it's fun. The real talent lies in making the vector and as you must be able to do some very cool stuff with a large laser cutter it would be interesting to see what you can do.

Re: Track stickers
Thanks for the feedback Ferg. My friend owns a taxi advertising company so he already makes the vinyls for that. It's his area though so he has more of an idea of what's possible than me. We would like to offer race car livery, protective kits (clear vinyl), car wraps and so on. Hopefully then branching out in to other services such as bodywork and detailing. We're starting small on the track stickers etc and will see how much interest we get.Ferg wrote:Cool, like a good laser tool.
Must be massive to do car sized graphics!!
