Car trailer in Aberdeen?

Post by pshanks76 » Tue Dec 01, 2015 7:40 pm

Anyone got a car trailer in the Aberdeen area? I may need to get my car down to Edinburgh soon for all the post accident repairs and figured that I could stick it on a car trailer and tow it down myself if I can access a trailer.

Alternatively does anyone know a company that could transport it and how much that would likely be?

What you got as a towcar?

I have a flatbed but it is 850kg empty

And you might not get an elise on it due to approach angles
Landrover 90 = Muddy shed spec
Fiat panda = Couldn't care less spec
Landrover ?? = Muddy shrek spec
Unimog 404S = Very slow silly offroader spec
Kubota F1900 = Snowplough spec

I have a mate with a trailer who lives in Blackburn and he will rent it to you or pick up your car with his transport. If you can give him the wheel width to see if it will fit on the trailer.
Also the old garage owner in Blackburn has trailers to rent he is located at the last opening on the left side of the road as you leave Blackburn going south
