Things turned nasty today.

Will fill you in later, but he is showing his true colours now. All the problems are down to us and our solicitor, nothing to do that the hold up is due to him putting a corrupt water sample test in four weeks ago and never getting it corrected. Thinks we should now pay his storage costs, removal costs, and his mortgage loan

Lost my rag with him tonight and told him to stick his house up his ass.

Worth biting your tongue to get it settled. He is clearly instable but probably worth paying a couple of pounds to get rid. Difficult I know, but big picture and all that.

He won't be so clever with 50 or so middle aged, middle class, sports car drivers parked on his lawn, frowning.

BigD has an idea of what he is like as he obtained the Mortgage for me so has been in the loop with Solicitors.

I did that two days ago Don, paid for a months storage for his stuff at Buckie as a good will gesture. Unfortunately the Solicitors are still flashing trivial amendments (ie spelling) to the Disposition between themselves, but Jane said they are now ready to send it down South for his ex wife's signature. However we are back into the weekend again and Monday is another bloody Bank Holiday up here.

He has to go to Church again on Sunday to say his farewells for the fourth time.

He came and apologised to me this morning, so looks like everything is on track again, with completion hopefully by Wednesday.

Just had a letter from the Council addressed to "Totend"
