I guess the Pug 106 discs on an S1 just ain't that sophisticated :-)

Not at all.

You can do our brakes any time!

(Except Tarduff Motors just done 'em, Skoda rears, while changing out two mashed bearings. Jeez we work that mule hard...)

Replaced the Passat discs in Jul 2013 after a meagre 149k on the originals. :lol: It turns out they are not sided and have straight vanes, obviously I wasn't paying much attention as it's just a work car. :oops: I must've checked at the time though. :thumbsup

Interestingly the Passat's replacement has curved vanes on the front discs but the drivers side goes the opposite way from the pax side, in other words they are the same disc and not sided, either that or they are both passenger side discs. :roll: :lol: Will ask the question when it goes in for it's first service, although I could probably guess the answer now...........

Eh, good luck if you've fitted 106 discs to yours, should make for interesting journeys :wink:
