Junior Supercar Experience

Post by rossybee » Sat Apr 04, 2015 8:39 am

https://www.itison.com/Dundee/deals/sup ... riving--14

Spotted this, could be good for my young lad, a tall 13.

Held at either Crail or Driftland.

Worthwhile, or crap due to health and safety for youngsters?

Anyone know of Supercar Scotland?

Cheers :thumbsup

I got a xmas prezzie (via itison) for Supercar Scotland. Rather than crail etc, it was from Balloch to Inverary (convoy) road trip. Cars were all good but they made extra cash imo by flogging the extra insurances on the day and I'm sure that if you didn't take them you would have been 'found out' to have done something to the car. Also the small print basically said that you couldn't rev the cars over 4k else you were responsible if the engine blew lol.

That said, over all the experience was, I dove up to Loch Lomond in the elise, spent 4-5 hours driving their cars and drove home knowing that the mine was still the best of the lot :) much to the relief of the bank balance

14 year olds can only complete in the production car class, with an adult sitting next to them, so don't go buying the special quite yet :thumbsup
