Pistonheads,time for tea

Post by highlander » Sun Mar 01, 2015 4:27 pm

Any of you trackday guys watch this short video?......was on Pistonheads about a week ago and will bring back memories of your trip there last year.
If I recall it's filmed from a 911 and by the look of the cars on track probably an older version.....classic race perhaps.
Looks quite scary as a viewer and certainly a few issues with aero and set-up as gets very lively coming out of Eau Rouge and when passing other cars closely.
:( sorry,can't post link......that would be a step too far :D

Loved his three abreast overtaking and revving the bollocks of it in the gears, as it was not a particular quick car.

The overtake on the Cortina was something else, Imagine being the driver of the Cortina, take a brief glimpse to the right to check your mirror, to see where that 911 is now, and what you see is a 911 that is pointing directly at you ;)
