This looks neat. Remove the basket of course.
Class 3 are restricted to 8mph and allowed on dual carriageways but not Motorways. No driving licence, tax, insurance or MOT required.
2 x 80 amp/hr motors so would not think it would be difficult to replace those with more powerful ones, and remove the speed restrictor.

Really sorry to hear about this tut, the roads around Grampian would not be the same without you
Have you spoken to a good "traffic offence" lawyer to see what their advice would be? Sure their must be some big hitters in Aberdeen that deal with these types of stuff day in/out - you never know what kind of influence they have (even postponing the date slightly to get a more lenient judge)

Thanks George, Stu Pollack has given me the name of a friend of his who specialises in traffic and speeding cases so will phone him today.
Don't forget that the hearing is in Oban not Aberdeen.

Tut, have a word with Paul Santoni (PaulQV on PH). I'm sure he'll have some advice for you.

The 'Pit bike' needs a bucket seat and full harness for some street cred.

Just learnt that I have to go into Hospital on the 23rd for an Anoscopy and further tests, and tis two for the price of one as they are throwing an Endoscopy in as well. Here's hoping that they get them the right way round.
Good news is that it will give me a stay of execution. I have also had some excellent and helpful advice from one of our learned members on the Forum.
