As ably demonstrated by the expanding foam car. Incredible workmanship, but looks crap and will no doubt drive like a sack of tatties.

I am sure that the foam will be fine ... provided he never drives the car or leaves it out in the rain!

Purely for posing and attention seeking. Even more hollow given it's a fake.

Best replica I have seen is the Toyota MR2 (mk2) based Ferrarri 355. It looked fairly good, and fooled a few of my pals. I'm sure the less you know about cars / are "into" cars, the easier it is to be fooled. So the Veyron faker is clearly seeking the attention of the hard of seeing, and the hard of thinking!

At the Irish Festival of Speed last year, an MR2 F355 look-a-like was parked in the 'supercar arena' next to the cars of the Irish Ferrari owners club... If you knew anything about cars, you'd clock it in an instant, but you'd have been amazed at the people queuing to get there picture taken next to it, thinking it was the real deal... :)

(It's for sale, if you fancy buying it? :P )

Do the people who build these things, just drive them about slowly looking at everyone else, hoping that they're thinking 'look at him in his Ferrari/Veyron/Lambo (take your pick), he must be minted etc'. Just don't put your foot down, so we can hear that puny engine/exhaust.

Each to their own. :scratch

On the other hand I would have an e type copy
http://www.eaglegb.com/
it may be a copy but in this case better than the original ?
