We were at the Hydro during the week and that is definitely the trouble free, relaxing option. :thumbsup

It was busy getting back into the Exhibition centre station afterwards, there were queue's outside) so we just walked to Queen street but it's a shorter walk to Charing Cross station which takes you back into Queen Street lower level. 8)

Just got the following email from the SECC:

Travelling To The SECC
By road:
It has been brought to our attention by Traffcom that roadworks near the venue may impact on visitors' arrival at shows on the above dates.
On Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th January only one lane will be available on the Clydeside Expressway (A814) between Anderston and the SECC slip exit. This may cause some delays for patrons arriving by car.
We would advise that visitors either consider alternative transport options if appropriate or leave additional time to travel to the venue to avoid disappointment.
More information on public transport options to the venue are available here:
http://secc.co.uk/attend/how-to-get-here.aspx

You might want to allow a bit extra time if you're driving.

Large thumbs up from Team Ford. A great day out overall including the public transport aspects. Thanks to tip for Charing X especially :-)
