i cant remember the full story exactly, but i think it was something like a small fire started whilst transferring the Petrol from the tanker to the garage tanks. The tanker overheated and blevied, causing the massive fireball. We were shown the video as part of a training course, as theres a chance a similar thing could happen at grangemouth
