It's 12degrees in Aberdeen at the moment.
Cannot see it being a white Christmas this year if the weather stays the same.
Steve.

Ditto! I was roasting on my cycle to work this morning. I'm getting fed up of all these dramatic "big freeze is on it's way next week" stories that never materialize. Now I just ignore them all.
C'mon the snow!

Eventually got round to fitting the winters today, about 5 weeks late, bring on the thick white fluffy stuff

Exactly what I was thinking. Except the snow bit, not sure I fancy cycling in on it.

After the summer we've just had I was looking forward to a cold snowy winter.
Might happen yet.

I put the winters on the Europa at the weekend and then drove into work yesterday in 11 degree temp.
I much preferred last years cold crisp dry weather than the rain we have had to put up with recently.
For the last x number of years we have been going to have the worst winter since the last iceage but it has never happened (YET

Bring on the snow! Would love a week of heavy snow around Christmas. (may prevent me going back to work)

I wish it would snow. Having sold the Audi and it's replacement being delayed until Jan/Feb, I am running about in a V6 landrover. At least if it snowed I could justify the 17mpg it's averaging! Afterall, it's performance hardly justifies the thirst.

I bought a four wheel drive two years ago now and have not had a chance to drive by anyone yet while looking very smug....

The last good snowfall round falkirk was 2 or 3 years ago. Tremendous smuggery was had myself as I don't need to drive for work (offshore) and was.walking distance to the town centre. After that I bought more winter supplies which have remained untouched since. Gutted.
