Hardtop on - ready for winter
Just put the hardtop on the Elise. After 6 years thought it should get some use this winter...

Re: Hardtop on - ready for winter
I think Elise's look soooo much better sans hardtop, I didn't buy my first Elise until the hard top was available as I really didn't like the look of the long tail soft top.
Unless it was the height of summer when roof off running was likely I kept the HT on for most of the year

Re: Hardtop on - ready for winter
My hard top is currently occupying my dining table, hasn't been on the car for at least a year, possibly 2 now.
Can't bring my self to sell it, and I suppose the market for a roulette green s1 hardtop is probably very, very limited anyway!

my long tail hardtop looks good but leaks like a sieve. the soft top on the other hand is damn near leak free! go figure!

Re: Hardtop on - ready for winter
I put my hard top on 5 weeks ago... It's now been off and on twice since. Looks good but not sure I can be bothered with it when a crisp cold sunny day appears. Hmmmm
Re: Hardtop on - ready for winter
murrays just fitted all knew wind internals and adjusted them to the soft top. fat lot of good for the hardtop!Rosssco wrote:Think you need to adjust your windows...Dipper wrote:my long tail hardtop looks good but leaks like a sieve. the soft top on the other hand is damn near leak free! go figure!
