I've personally looked at Agustas, but the fact that there's no Scottish dealers and they are still more Italian than Ducati WRT build quality issues put me off.

This is what's putting me off too.

My neighbour in Oz had a collection of them, including one that sat in his livingroom and had never even been started.
He used to allow me to take his F312RR out, it was stunning c/w carbon wheels and carbon front brakes.

Build quality was superb, I lived next door to him for nearly three years and in that time the only problem he had was a blown fork seal. The bikes were used every weekend and regularly blasted beyond 300kph for quite long periods.
Only problem I found was that they are so small I couldn't get out of the wind blast, great for small folks though

Mate had one as his commuting bike for a while, could not keep the front wheel on the ground (even with little provacation), open the throttle and the wheel pops up

Not convinced about the styling to be honest and can't see a Caterham bike division taking off.
