NLC, Programmer/ Excel geek

Post by r10crw » Thu Jun 06, 2013 10:15 am

Were having some issue with the working time directive where some employees have opted in/out.

The result is we need to create a weekly time sheet which takes account of all rest hours over a moving time period which keeps tally of days rest etc available. It needs to be a yearly record with pages for each week which are printable with end of year details etc available. Currently use Excel but happy to use specific applications.

Is there anyone on here does this kind of thing for a living and wants to make a little cash on the side maybe give us a quote?

Yup, was me in the past. Happy to do similar if you'd like, although I am stupid busy with work and training so maybe can't offer good timescales at the moment :/

Have a look at timesheet express http://www.timesheetxpress.com/. It's lightweight and pretty cheap. It's got good reporting for such a lightweight product. We stopped using it but not because it wasn't any good, we just couldn't get people to record accurately.
