My old 135R

Post by Rag_It » Fri May 31, 2013 11:10 pm

Thanks to Benny for spotting this..... http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/ ... on/1396343

I'd have said priced on the high side, but at a dealers and whilst no mention of CAT D, it looks like it has been repaired well.

She looks lovely!

I spotted that the other day and wondered if it might be Dave's. Priced pretty similarly to what you bought it for, no Dave?

True test will be whether it sells at that price :thumbsup

...and if it drives without crabbing its way down the road ;-)

Really just pleased it is back to its former glory. Had forgotten all about it!

Okay so I didn't see the original post, my apologies Ed.

I'd pay no more than 10.5k for that, I got back from the insurance exactly what I paid for it, minus Nitrons which had just been fitted. I might add they have it at the same price I paid for it!!

Not sure whether it was Cat C or D guess they got it knocked down to Cat C. I was told it was beyond economical repair so a write off as bodyshop wanted 16k to repair!!!

A lovely looking car though...

Worryingly, this has rekindled my interest in the 135r :-(

Always fancied one of those, though preferably in yellow...
