My NS heater matrix pipe has I think got a hole in it, searching on here and seloc offers little info other than it being an absolute nightmare, the cars inching towards being finished but this time of year a heater would be good..
Anyone replaced them, look like one piece from the return into the engine bay right along the sill where it heads up and then I lose it...
They are blocked off with bolts and
Jubilees at the moment so can be run but not ideal
Cheers

This picture might help a little:

Also this picture from the manual might show you where they route at the front:

The picture from the actual heating section in the manual is no better than the first picture above.
Cheers,
Robin

Re: Heater pipework s1
Cheers, I think although it looks like the long sections are 2 pieces thats actually one (where the mid point clamp/divider is in the sills)

Re: Heater pipework s1
The pipes in the sill's are both solid and without a break in them off alloy construction the heater matrix is the same as a TX4 taxi and much cheaper buying it that way than a genuine or repro Lotus one ~used to be a company selling them via e-bay

It's the pipe work that's holes though, think the matrix is fine, was 3 years ago anyways
