S1 spark plug & other service item supply - best deals?

Post by campbell » Mon Jun 08, 2009 11:03 pm

Anyone sourced some S1 plugs lately, mine will be due for a change any week now.

Also fuel filter and oil filter.

Just interested in any keen pricing.

Online preferably but factors in Central Scotland will do. Will probably check out Pentland Components as per usual, they are pretty good and certainly handy for my place of work.

For ref. I sourced the plugs via eBay (thanks Steve) for £20 all in. Excellent.

Pentland Components wanted £33.

However they can supply oil and fuel filters for less than £15, and eBay equivalents come out similar once P&P is included, so I'll just be getting those there.

How often do the spark plugs need replaced and would they be picked up during a service?
