r055 wrote:yeah, my car is there just now and they are having issues with parts all round the guy said...
however, i received 3 phone calls today updating me each time as to what was happening with the parts...
Overall the customer service is very good... they
are bloody expensive, but I dont really care this time round as The AA are paying for it.
Get car back tomorrow - 2/3 day turnaround is not bad plus i can get train through then walk for a few minutes and im there.

Service so far so good, phoned to let me know they recieved the car from the AA yesyterday morning then phoned again to say they have found the faults ordered all the parts and were going to contact the AA P&L on my behalf to get authorisation. Credit where credit is due.
How are they getting on with your car Ross, all sorted???
