We are also always trying to increase our numbers and whilst most folk will tollerate a bit of smut or the odd sexual reference (and if the don't then do we want them here anyway) but I think the fairly graphic "smilies" recently used could give visitors the wrong impression of the group.

It is worth remembering that we are Scottish Elises and wouldn't want to give ourselfs a bad name.

Or maybe they'll think we're normal an they aren't on their works Forum?

Edit: for anyone lucky enough to work for a company that doesn't have it's own forums... they are invariably overly moderated places which no one ever uses.

I'd have to agree with shug & mac (as if I'm entitled to a view here, being a non-elise owner   ) - we all like a laugh, and I'm far from prudish (had my knuckles rapped once or twice on blatchat  ) but we've all seen spunky/humpin/tits etc gifs on other sites & tbh it just looks childish when it (inevitably) gets overused.....

Plus, a seperate adult section wouldn't be worth it - if you want to see people hiding the sausage or someone playing the pink oboe or plunging fists, then there's plenty sites just a click away....

I must say that Shug, Simon & Ed's very casual moderation style is refreshing indeed, allowing everyone to be reasonably sensible about things, so let's not abuse that, cos it would just spoil what is currently a very enjoyable forum with a good bunch of people posting

Dude, sorry but this is a car forum and it's trying to appeal to a wide cross section - that means keeping a bit of lid on things. I certainly don't think this place is over moderated!!!!

If it's no-holds-barred you want, then a guy who joined up here for a while (as he had an Exige at the time) runs http://www.koopaworld.com

It's got some car content too and is Scottish.

Talking of moderation - that bunch of f**kwits on BB7 need drowning - and the geezer with tourettes shouldn't be there - surely a pisstake on sufferers of the disease? :?

And as for the asian poofter - :chainsaw
