took the lotus to work today. It has been sitting in the drive for a few weeks with the showercap on.
got in, and it was absolutely soaking. There was condensation dripping from the softtop.
Is there anything i can do/ techniques to stop that happening? Leave windows open slightly for a constant flow of air?

Same prob after a couple of days with either the soft top or the showercap on, especially with a heavy frost.

Should the shower cap not be supported off the soft top to stop the water penetrating, just like keeping the flysheet of a tent off the inner?

Not if he's leaving it with just the showercape on

Although I can't imagine he did that.
What about leaving a multipack of tampons open inside? Wick up moisture and persuade any theiving gits that they'd not only have to deal with the alarm and immobiliser, but PMT too!
