Was at MMC today picking up the 340R and popped into the showroom for a quick look around. Hiding, almost apologetically, behind a 111R was a new 2-11, in black with the 'look at me' silver and yellow stripes.
Had a good look around and from the easy to remove engine cover, s/c fitting, lightweight exhust and minimalist service hatches on the front clam, everything seems well designed and engineered. Certainly there is a bit more to it that an Exige S with a lighter body.
While it is maybe not as dramatic as a 340R, it looks fast sitting in the showroom - not sure about the yellow brake callipers though.
Someone is going to have a lot of fun when they collect it next week, menawhile for the rest of us, the demo car arrives in a couple of weeks.
