Laptop wanted....

Post by Rich H » Sun Aug 19, 2007 3:36 pm

Preferably an old one, I need a laptop for EFI tuning, it only needs a serial port and Windows 95 or better to work.

Cheaper the better, preferably free! :D Cash waiting!

Cheers

Dude the wife is about to have her work laptop upgraded by work and they are giving her the option to upgrade.

It is pretty good in terms of it is not deadly slow, an old Tosh of some description. If you want it then it is about a week or two away and should only be £75-£100 notes as she has option to buy from work.

I have an old Toshiba Tecra 8000 you can have foc. I replaced the battery recently but the power cable is a bit iffy. Other than that it works fine.

Skelly: that sounds awesome! Any chance you can pack it up and bung it in the post? Let me know how much it costs to post and I'll ensure you are suitably reimbursed!

:D

Rich

You probably do not need to upgrade it, but I have notebook spares if need be.
