OK Folks....

Need suggestions for a good italian restaurant in edinburgh for this saturday..???

and by good I mean romantic, great food and likely to impress the lovely lady I'll be taking .... if you know what I mean :wink:

Dont go to Bar Napoli off George Street, its guff, went last week and I`d rather have had a chippy.

If it doesnt have to be in city centre, Guilianos at the shore is nice and romantico.
City centre might be handier if you plan on getting her wrecked after dinner before taking her up the frog and toad.

actually she mentioned on the 1st date she wasnt a fan of the highlites... :oops:

so thats why the restaurant will have to be superb.....

not that I'm worried about my superb chat of course.... :?

She dropped that bomb on the first date? Tell her her baps arent large enough, see how she likes a bit of "constructive criticism".

Anyone care fro some back on topic action?!

my personal favourite is D'anthonios at the Shore. It is family run and serves real italian food - not a pizza in sight. The wine list is fantastic. Afterwards you can get a drink in one of the lovely pubs along the shore line.

Bish bash bosh, nat King Cole!
