MOT time, fingers crossed... Passed!

Post by Rich H » Fri Aug 10, 2007 12:41 pm

Well my car is repaired and has been sent for its MOT.

What is the minimum tread allowance for MOT? There is about 3mm on the rears, just over the wear markers (Just) will it pass like that?

Wear markers are at the minimum level, so if over the wear markers then that is okay, even if on the wear markers that should be okay, because it is at the minimum allowable tread depth, and not bellow it.

Good Luck.
