Best ever pax?

Mentioning paxing with Uldis is the 111R thread got me thinking. What are the best paxes you have had at KH? My top 5, in no particular order would be:

- Nick Adams from Lotus in an S2 135 - a lesson in smoothness and speed.

- Jonathon in his 993 Porker in the wet. Hilariously sideways, everywhere.

- that man Neale again, in the Caterham HPC. Again, great fun to pax with and very quick.

- Tut in the Honda S1 - the 'grab the car by the scruff and give it a good seeing to' approach

. Hugely entertaining.

- Uldis - really seriously, bloody quick - if you want to see what an Exige is really capable of, he's yer man!

My first ever pax was with Tim Wilkinson. Got in the car, a 111S 1 day newer than mine and he tells me as we head down the pit lane that he'd already hit the tyres in it earlier on

Knew after I got out that I just had to take mine on track.

Not had too many pax laps to be honest, but top 3:-

Dave J in the 993 GT2 - no holds barred and it was awesome, just a shame there was always traffic

EdP in the Red beast at Teeside - never had neck pain whilst paxing before!

AndyG at Teeside - never giggled so much in all my life!

I can't actually remember the last time I paxed?

Maybe with Andy in the RLC when he'd just got it on it's first TD? I'll go out with folk, nick their lines and use them myself

God only knows when before then!

Hmmm tough one, not helped by my poor memory

My first ever Sweeping up the leaves with Paul G, trying to navigate, getting everyone lost, but being flung all over the shop!

Ed at teeside, including the trip up the bypass the evening before! Pulls like a train and i think the quickest car i have ever sat in!

Andy in the RLC at Teeside, mucho arse out action!

There have been more, but need to get out on more PAX's...

Looking forward to being Ed's 1st pax on Sat in the red beast!

Lucky enough to have paxed with Gavan Kershaw who was impressive around Donnie. Smooth and measured
Anthony Dunn (recently written a few articals in Circuit Driver) in an Exige at Silverstone. For working the car to get those last few tenths out the car.

If I were to think of traits I admired from the pax seat amongst SE I would say

Andy G for his lack of imagination/fear

Scotty for his lack of mechanical sympathy/ easy with having the car a couple of degrees of slide at the rear everywhere

Mark R for his braking

Chris Miller in his Integra Type R, super smooth.

Tut - not long after it was Honda'd. Awesome

McApe - elise with honda + man with no brain = scary, till the car broke.

Walshy - (not at KH) A whole new level of car control.

Paul Luti, sideways the whole time in his shed of a Rover 800turbo Vitesse with bald tyres. Never laughed so much in ages, and he was still overtaking people.

His sister Claire, in her Metro race car... she is quick and very smooth.

Ian Cowie took me out in a 'half-prepared' XR2 in the wet when i was thinking about taking up racing... Half prepared meant half stripped but no safety devices. A big off/spin ensued at Clarks, where we joined the track from the left again half way down railway straight.
