Spitfire to an Elise

Post by Rag_It » Tue Jul 03, 2007 9:00 am

Guys,

Have a friend Ross who used to own a S2 Liz 111s then sold it, bought himself a spitfire, and is now considering the below....

Really just looking for your thoughts...and then get him to join up and see what you guys think, as i am away for the next 4 days in London.

I'm looking at trading in the granny wagon (spitfire) for this

what do you think about the race tech? good price or not?
I've been a bit out of it with prices for cars etc

Also any suggestions you have please post them from Pistonheads!!

Cheers,

Dave

Nothing wrong with the old spitfire...my first motor! (complete with 'daily record' cills  ). The cannon would have been a worthwhile mod in hindsight

Actually scratch that. Plenty wrong when I think about it...

HI GUYS & GIRLS
I'M DAVE'S FRIEND ROSS WITH THE SPITFIRE. I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND ANY OTHER CARS THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS ONE.

IF ANY OF YOU CAN HELP I WOULD BE MORE THAN GRATEFUL.

I AM LOOKING TO PX THIS SPITFIRE THOUGH AND HAVE BEEN OFFERED £5500 AGAINST THE RACE TECH.

IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE ANY PICS OF THE SPIT, LET ME KNOW. NOT SURE HOW TO LOAD THEM ON HERE YET?

It would be one of the few car swaps to a Cat that would equal an upgrade in safety, mind you....
