I've been up and down from Glasgow Airport to Heathrow twice this week and got another couple of visits the week after next. Starting to think this jet-setting thing ain't all it's cracked up to be when sh*t like this happens! I always assumed we were not important enough for anyone to give a toss about doing anything to Glasgow or Glasgow Airport.

I guess we still don't know full story though . . .

Eyewitnesses have described a Jeep Cherokee being driven at speed towards the building with flames coming out from underneath.

They have also described seeing two Asian men, one of whom was on fire, who had been in the car.
Fark! :(

Just listening to some of the eye witnesses on BBC news 24. Some taxi driver guy is completely speculating. I'm not convinced this is a terrorist attack yet, til I hear more from the police.

Could be as simple as: drop ciggy on seat of car, seat goes on fire, clothes go on fire, panic, try to stop car, lose control, jump out of car to try to escape flames, petrol tank blows up . . . .

But now I'm speculating too!

I just turned down a job that would have involved MORE air travel than currently. Terrorism wasnt a factor in this decision but Im beginning to think it was even more wise than I had thought not to take it.

Can you ever imagine getting ANYWHERE near an airport with a car from now on? Drop off points will be a thing of the past very quickly I think.

Evidently the occupants were fighting with police . I suppose if you were on fire you would do a little dance.

Dezzy you could never be a journalist , we need conspiracy theorys .
