Sorry to mess about on your thread NR, but ...

I had written checks calendar in <> brackets, but for some reason something in phpbb land gobbled the calendar and left just the works checks. Strange!

As ive mentioned in Robins thread im a surveyor for J & E shepherd but im a commercial property valuer - we have a large residential department so let me know what you need and i can sort some surveys out for you - hopefully with a SE discount
