Afraid you will probably just have to bend over and take it, there was a ruling at the european court of human rights about how forward facing camera's discriminate against drivers of cars in favour of motorcyclists. I don't know how that turned out it may be worth looking into it.
I got caught by a fixed camera on the M8 at roadworks and I am sure the national speed limit sign was in the picture as I got flashed a few feet in front!
