Shouldn't have arrested them, either throw them back into the car or let the passengers sort them out

They will now spend several years getting fed and clothed by the taxpayer.

They must have been watching too many movies: petrol explodes when a car crashes, they always do on telly....

The Oklahoma bomber used mostly diesel, fertilizer and a bit of know how. As meatball says you can buy 100 gallons of diesel fuel and steal half a ton of fertilizer without alerting the authorities too much, you nick a couple of blocks of C4 on the other hand and you get shot at.

They did enough to make people feel scared though, which at the end of the day is what they are looking for.

Petrol, gas and source of ignition in an enclosed space - would have done some damage if they got inside. Sounds like their only real flaw was to pick a car to wide to fit!

Wacthed BBC News24 - they inteviewed an airport work, he must have been seperated at birth from our own McKean - stature, hair colour, speak and mannerisms were all the same :D

Can help but wonder why Scotland was picked just after the appointment of a new PM.......

Seen it as well, nearly ended myself at the comparison to throwing an aerosol on a campfire comment. Hilarious stuff

Plane just flew over my house . . . flights must be on again.

Some of the people they interviewed on BBC News 24 and Sky News were complete muppets. But that McKean lookalike was hilarious!
