My Fisher Fury had SPA instruments. They were great... would record 0-60, 0-100, qtr mile etc, and had 3 stage shift lights. Green/Amber/Red.
I never once hit Red.... my ears couldn't take it (and that was with plugs in). Maybe the side exit non-baffled exhaust was a bas idea.
I'm OK with being a wimp/woofter... shift lights with earplugs/helmet on is a good thing if you ask me.

Great thing about mine having the stiffer engine steady bar, is that once you learn the feel, you can actually change up within 100rpm consistently without looking down at all. Certainly, my emerald logs seem to say so

Hi Paul... I had a 1.8zetec with Webber 40's, lightened flywheel. I fancied a fireblade ... but couldn't be bothered building from scratch. Bought it from Ian & Zoe who are the Scottish Fisher dealer. Nice people.
That Radical shifts some !!
A picture of mine was on the Fisher website for a while, and was also in a magazine feature... I'll try and dig something out on it. Looked a similar colour to Krypton Green.

Choose the 'Press' link... page 5, 'A Graphic Example'... that was mine. Looks a bit yellow in that faded picture... I must better ones on my hard drive. Got the magazine tucked away in the garage...
Quote from article "The Fury has perfect natural balance and an insatiable appetite for bends and in IRS form with a stiffer back end, the grip is truly outstanding."
That makes me an absolutely sh1t driver then, cos I ended up being dragged out of a ditch a mile away from the house after the rear swung round on the exit from a roundabout. No damage done, narrowly missing 2 lamp-posts. Aahhh fond memories.

Seriously?? Man... he was ideally suited to that job. Not sure if it brought enough cash in mind you. They had a neat little business. Zoe did the Alcantara retrim on my Fury.... she does some kind of seamstress stuff from memory.
Here's some crap pics I took at my old house..
